Hi,


I would like to do a location appraisal/location analysis for an OpenSource IT company located in atmost south of India, an analysis supporting the strategic decision of a company. Say comparing 4 best well known places & analysising how it impacts strategically.

How I should use the PEST & Portor's 5 forces analysis for the location appraisal.
